Nicely designed hotel. Spacious rooms, not very big. Convenient parking. Dog-friendly, with sleeping pad and water bowl provided. TV is big with lots of channels. Bright and modern feel. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient shop in reception. Great location near cathedral and shopping area. Enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the train station and very close to the main old town. The hotel facilities were great, with modern and stylish rooms. The cleanliness was perfect, and we were impressed by the low environmental impact concepts. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the option of doing the online check-in beforehand.

We had a fantastic stay here. This place is super close to the train station and in the heart of the city center, making it very easy to get around. The flat-screen TV with streaming services and air conditioning in the room made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free welcome drink was a nice touch. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and express check-in/out.

The location of Urban Loft was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Cologne Central Station and the Cathedral.
